With a background in performance marketing, I’ve helped organizations across Education, Tech, and Fashion acquire high-value customers through paid ads and funnel optimization. I’m proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

I have a sharp analytical mindset and turn data into clear insights and actionable plans.

FireGroup provides full-suite e-commerce solutions for Shopify merchants to improve conversions, boost profitability, and scale globally.

Products managed: Ali Reviews (Product reviews – 42K+ users), Transcy (Internalization – 22K+ users), OneMobile (Mobile app builder – 3K+ users)

  • Growth Strategy: Coordinated with cross-functional teams to define product vision, customer personas, and customer journeys. Developed growth strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Planning: Broke down business objectives into clear key results. Built multi-channel marketing plans to drive user acquisition and product adoption—leveraging paid media, content marketing, email, cross-sell, partnerships, community, and affiliates.
  • Project Management: Managed cross-functional execution across marketing, product, customer success, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and strong outcomes. Led marketing for Ali Reviews, doubling merchant growth (30K to 60K) and driving +34% revenue growth in Q4 2023.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Tracked traffic, installs, install rate, branded keyword searches, and CPI on a weekly basis to quickly adjust and adapt.
  • Market Research: Conducted in-depth research to identify market trends, competitor landscapes, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Visualized data using Looker Studio. Translated user, traffic, revenue, and market data into insights that shaped product and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market: Launched new products, including OneMobile (400+ installs in the first month) and Transcy on WordPress (1K+ downloads in the first month). Built GTM plans for major product updates and features.
  • Product-Led Growth: Aligned product and marketing roadmaps to improve key business metrics throughout the customer journey using the AARRR framework.
  • ASO (App Store Optimization): Maintained up-to-date app listings and optimized them to boost organic traffic and install rates.
  • Partnership and Affiliate: Worked with the partnership team to grow partner and affiliate networks. Deployed campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase both organic and commission-based traffic. Built an internal tool to support co-marketing.
  • Email Marketing: Leveraged customer attributes and events to build a personalized email flow for Ali Reviews using customer.io CDP, resulting in a 6% conversion rate.

SHOPLINE is a leading global SaaS company, empowering retailers to grow their businesses through e-commerce and social commerce solutions.

I managed performance marketing in Vietnam, driving lead generation for livestream, website builder products, and webinars.

  • Performance Marketing: Planned and executed ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, managing a $40,000 monthly budget and generating 3,000+ leads per month.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimized ad creatives and targeting. Improved CPL by 33% while maintaining strong SAL and SQL.

Everest Education helps students succeed in international academic environments through Math and English enrichment courses, test prep, and college consulting.

  • Digital Marketing: Managed multiple digital channels to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads, including Facebook, Google, Zalo, email, SMS, WiFi, and digital screens.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contributed to key company-wide projects, including research, marketing planning, campaign management (timelines, KPIs, budgets), cross-team procedures, and training materials.
    * Led marketing for the 2021 Virtual Summer Camp, resulting in +80% qualified leads, -40% CPL, and +12% conversion rate.
    * Managed paid ads for the #keeponlearning campaign, promoting the online learning platform and generating 10K+ enrollments nationwide during COVID-19.
  • Website: Built and managed a multilingual website using Elementor. Set up landing pages and improved tracking, speed, and responsiveness.
  • CRM: Implemented the Freshsales CRM system, set up data flows, and trained the sales team on effective usage.
  • Reporting: Created visual reports in Looker Studio to track marketing performance and support strategic decisions.

Wow Art is an art center that empowers children to explore and grow their creative thinking.

  • Lead Generation: Managed Facebook ad campaigns to generate hot leads for the sales team.
  • Content Marketing: Developed monthly content calendars and created engaging social media content to build brand presence.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Improved lead conversion through marketing automation, chatbots, landing pages, and sales kits.
  • Events & Activations: Organized marketing events, open days, art contests and exhibitions to boost brand awareness and collect leads (400–1,000 per event).
    * Collaborated with brands and partners such as Mathnasium, Vietopia, tiniWorld, MarryBaby, VietBaby, Saigon Scientists, Toyota, KAO, ThaiHa Books, and local schools.
    * Coordinated with vendors to deliver event materials.
  • YouTube Channel Production: Partnered with NidoChannel (Bao Nhi Dong) to produce a series of kids’ art and craft tutorial videos, generating 200K+ views.
  • New Center Openings: Key member of the SWAT team responsible for setting up new learning centers quickly and effectively—including site surveys, budget planning, signage/POSM, paid ads, and on-site activations.
    * Successfully opened 7 new locations (Districts 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Phu, Tan Binh, and Phu Nhuan) in just 7 months, expanding Wow Art to 12 centers across HCMC.
  • Customer Feedback: Conducted quarterly NPS surveys across learning centers to assess customer satisfaction and inform service improvements.

Planning & Project Management

Planning is the first crucial step in every successful campaign. Starting with clear, solid objectives—and making sure every stakeholder aligns with them—is key to achieving results. When it comes to project management, I always keep this quote in mind: “Done is better than perfect.” While we all strive for perfection, consistently delivering outputs and maintaining momentum is more valuable than delaying progress for that perfect ten.

Product Marketing

The more I learn about Product Marketing, the more I fall in love with it. One of my favorite philosophies is Product-Led Growth—where the product itself is the main driver of growth. Key business metrics like acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue are all primarily driven by the product. In this approach, marketers are no longer "outsiders" but are more connected and able to uncover growth opportunities through the product.

Performance Marketing

I used to hate numbers—until performance marketing showed me their true beauty. To me, metrics aren’t just for optimizing ads; they reveal powerful insights that shape business strategy and guide product decisions. With over 7 years of experience in performance marketing, I’ve built strong expertise in running Meta and Google Ads across the tech, education, and fashion industries—helping clients gain high-value customers and maximize revenue.

D2N.Official is a women’s fashion brand in Ho Chi Minh City, loved for its classy designs and premium service. I helped reshape their Meta Ads strategy—results: -66% cost per message, -51% cost per purchase.

Lanh Lành Clothing 

Lanh Lành is a tiny-sized custom clothing store for kids and moms. All clothes are handmade, hand-embroidered, and crafted from natural fabrics. We mainly use Instagram ads—with a strong conversion rate of 60%.
