Lanh Lành is a tiny-sized customized clothing store for kids and moms, founded in the winter of 2023.
All clothes are handmade, hand-embroidered, and crafted from natural and friendly materials—mostly linen and cotton.
Customers love our story, our designs, and the way we package each product with love and care.
My partner is in charge of design, materials, production, and also photography (yes, she’s incredibly talented!)
I handle the business side—marketing, merchandising, and logistics.
At first, we intended to run an Etsy shop, but right after listing our products, the shop was suspended. So, we dropped that direction.
We switched to Instagram and saw good signals here.
We mainly use Instagram ads—with a proud 60% conversion rate.
We also have a winning video on TikTok with over 14K organic views.
