I joined the Vietnam team in 2021 and led performance marketing. My main focuses were campaigns for the e-commerce website builder, livestream tool, and webinars. I managed a monthly ad budget of $50,000 across Google and Facebook.
Through continuous testing of targeting and creative strategies, I successfully reduced cost per lead (CPL) by 33% and consistently achieved over 3,000 leads per month. One of my most effective initiatives was repurposing webinar footage into short teaser videos—transforming them into strong lead magnets.
Working closely with the sales team, I improved the lead nurturing process—helping them fully leverage the lead pool and increase the deal close rate.
I also led the Instagram Live product launch in Vietnam. This included collaborating with product marketing to craft key campaign messaging, building the landing page, hosting the launch webinar, and running the lead generation campaign.
